Organisational Climate Survey

Organisational effectiveness is achieved when culture, structures, processes and overall climate are appropriately aligned towards the direction of the mission and goals of the organisation.

People make it happen – It is ICC’s fundamental belief that without people’s involvement any attempt at improving organisational performance will remain as a theoretical ideal and will accomplish only mediocre results.

What Is Organisational Climate

Organisational climate is the work environment and the current conditions within the organisation that people find themselves in, which affects their motivation and performance.  Organisation climate is the result of everything that goes on in an organisation.  It is the ideas, customs, skills, feelings etc of a given set of people in a given period.

Why is Organisational Climate Important

The organisational climate determines the conditions under which the organisation is able to achieve its mission and goals.  The extent to which outcomes match intentions depends on criteria such as organisational energy, performance orientation, communication and supervision style being conducive towards achievement of results.

What ICC Does on Climate Survey

  • Performance Orientation
  • Organisation Communication
  • Supervision Style
  • Decision Making
  • Clarity of Organisation Goals and Plans
  • Management Development
