Non-Executive Compensation Analysis
- The Non-Executive Compensation Analysis is produced through Career Level Evaluation which used to evaluate non-executive Career Levels in the company
- The Career Level Evaluation process is based on the Point Factor System consisting of 3 main factors:-
- Competency (knowledge, skills and experience)
- Problem solving (The types and difficulty of problems)
- Results creation (Responsibility and answerability for taking action for results)
- Additional factors considered are:-
- Supervisory responsibility and
- Interpersonal / relationship skills and
- Work environment
Career Level Determination
The resulting points from each of the factors: Competency, Problem Solving, Results Creation and Working Environment (where applicable) are then combined to result in the total points to determine the final Career Level. The table below provides the Career Level based on the total points obtained:
